Single Column Palletizer
The single column palletizer uses a compact frame structure and four-axis servo control to stack cartons, film-wrapped packs, and plastic crates neatly onto pallets. With low-noise and low-pollution operation, the palletizing system is suitable for continuous automated production.
Equipped with Panasonic servo motors, Siemens PLC, Danfoss frequency converter, and vacuum suction cups, the single column palletizing machine can automatically complete product infeed, grouping, empty pallet feeding, layer-by-layer palletizing, and full pallet stacking. It is widely used in food, condiment, beverage, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries, with customized palletizing solutions available according to production requirements.
