The retort crate loader transfers filled products from the crate loading mesh belt line into retort crates. Through the automatic bottle arranging mechanism, products are aligned, arranged, and separated before loading.

After arrangement, filled cans or PET bottles are transferred by a bottle clamping unit or magnetic pickup unit and placed smoothly into the retort crate as a full layer. The products are then automatically pressed and arranged tightly before being moved to the crate loading position.

The loader repeats the layer-by-layer transfer process until the retort crate is fully loaded. Once the crate is full, loading stops automatically, and the loaded crate is transferred through the trolley circulation track to the retort for sterilization.

The retort crate unloader pushes sterilized filled cans out of the retort crate layer by layer and transfers them smoothly onto the unloading mesh belt line. The products are then conveyed to downstream processes such as spray washing, blow drying, coding, and packaging.

During unloading, the separator sheets can be automatically collected and returned to the separator magazine for reuse by the retort crate loader. The system unloads products automatically while the crate lifting mechanism moves the products layer by layer until the crate is empty. Once unloading is complete, the empty crate stops automatically.
