Shrink Sleeve Label Applicator
Applying sleeve labels onto containers automatically and shrinking them tightly via heat tunnels for 360-degree coverage.
The shrink sleeve label applicator is suitable for round, square, and oval bottles or cans. It uses PVC, PET, or OPS shrink film together with heat shrinking to apply labels tightly around the bottle body, bottle mouth, or bottle neck.

- Wide container compatibility: The shrink sleeve label applicator can handle containers with diameters from 28–125mm, including glass bottles, plastic bottles, and metal cans. It is suitable for round, square, oval, and other shaped containers.
- Intelligent control and accurate labeling: Equipped with PLC control and a high-definition touchscreen, the system supports parameter memory, automatic counting, missing-label and broken-label alarms, speed and temperature adjustment, and other functions. With mechanical transmission, labeling accuracy can be controlled within ±0.5mm, depending on bottle roundness and verticality.
